Shipping policy
It's important to know that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.
In Dominican Republic:
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
In the United States:
All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow around 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at obelia.shopinfo@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
Order Processing
In Dominican Republic: After placing your order, we have 3 days for processing, you will receive an email confirming your order.
In the United States: After placing your order, we have 5 days for processing and and 3 days for shipping, you will receive an email confirming your order.
To ensure you receive the confirmation, please provide your email address during the ordering process and note that once an order is submitted, we cannot make any modifications to your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track your package.
Sales tax
Customers will be responsible for all duties and taxes. For your order to be processed duties and taxes must be prepaid.
Payment Refuse:
If your payment is declined or cancelled, we kindly request that you contact your bank for further assistance.
International Shipping Policy
